GENERAL ON-SITE AND VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

Lidia Kenig Scher is a well-respected Interior Designer and Feng Shui Master with more than 20 years of experience helping clients to live and work in optimal environments. Her clients report having a more stable business, harmonious living spaces and a heightened sense of well-being in their lives.

On-site consultations are available for new construction such as preliminary site analysis, and proposed floor plans, and expert assistance in creating meaningful changes in existing homes, offices, and general work spaces. We offer supporting design services to carry out all desired changes by cooperating, when necessary with trusted and seasoned professionals.

Virtual Consultations for Homes and Offices provide a very effective way to take advantage of Lidia's expertise and intuitive wisdom, when distances and resources are not easily available.

On-Site Initial Consultation

Price: $450.00 * payable inside 3 red envelopes. If a check is desired, then at least $ 9.00 will be divided amongst the 9 envelopes and the check will be included in one of the envelopes **

Prior to the appointment the client will secure a floor plan and a plot plan of the site. If these are not available, the client will draw a proportional floor plan, as he/she interprets the space. If more accurate drawings are necessary, the consultant will provide them at an additional fee. In addition the clients will furnish the complete birthdate of the site's occupants.

If the consultation is for a work place, then the birth dates of the executive staff and key employees will be requested.

The client may also be asked to do some research on previous owners/tenants of the home or commercial space, and their history. It is important to find the reasons for the move, and if possible something about the lifestyle/business of the former occupants.

The consultant will explain the tradition of red envelopes**.

An initial site consultation will last a minimum of two hours, but in general no more than three hours.

If the property in question is located out-of-town, the analysis may be spread over the length of the visit, at the consultant’s discretion.

Using an energetic grid called the Bagua, over 63 different elements are evaluated during the actual consultation. Among these are the placement of rooms, doors, windows, adjacent buildings and structures, furniture and accessory arrangement, sizes, colors, textures and the occupants’ personal vibrational energies. If changes are needed, the Feng Shui practitioner will make suggestions to add or to move certain items, remove others or place symbolic objects to balance the site.

Clients are encouraged to take notes throughout the process. In all cases the initial consultation will attempt to cover the most pressing issues. A follow-up is recommended after the changes have been enacted but not earlier than six months after the initial visit.

*This fee applies only to locations within 45 minutes of Arlington, MA. Further locations by car will be charged at the driving time rate of $ 45.00 per hour. Out of town consultation are billed at $1530.00 per day, plus travel expenses.

Virtual Consultations

Option 1 Focuses on one to 3 important issues affecting the house or business, and a generalized review of the land surrounding property.

Turnaround time involved: 48 hours or no more than 3 days after receiving required information
